Once you have confirmed acceptance of the price for the work schedule and service offered a detailed specification for that work will be completed by the surveyor by way of an order agreement. Installation is normally concluded within 4-6 weeks from date or order agreement, or as per customers instructions. This is clearly outlined in our order agreement a copy of which will be left with you for your records. Delivery of product prior to installation for your home improvement project will coincide with the date for installation shown on your order agreement. Contact will be made by the Company at least one week prior to installation to confirm suitability for access to the property to undertake completion of your project.
You have the right to cancel at any time within 14-days from the date of order agreement. This right can be exercised by sending a cancellation notice to the Company at the address indicated on the order agreement form, by recorded delivery within the 14 day cancellation period. A confirmation Email will be sent to the email address provided by you to confirm acceptance.
A refund for any deposit paid will be actionable within the cancellation period of 10 days from the date of order agreement. Refund will be made only to the card or payment option used to make the initial payment.
Under no circumstances will your financial details be stored on a computer or any other electronic device. If payment is made by debit or credit card, the information provided by you will be used to facilitate that payment only. Immediately upon the successful completion of that payment, all details of your financial information will be destroyed.
